Analysis of Property Development

To complement the residential masterplan I'm currently developing in Norfolk I have been looking into the nature of current developments. One aspect of this has been analysing the breakdown of dwelling types within residential masterplans. The tables below show the dwelling type breakdown for 11 recent planning applications in Norfolk.

The overall average works out to be 30% 3 bed, 30% 4 bed, 30% affordable and the remaining 10% is made up of 6% 5 bed and 4% 2 bed.
